These terms govern your use of www.sanyasi.store and everything you buy from it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

Who you are dealing with

Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that the payment method is yours to use.

Products

• Every chair and robe is made to order in small batches. Nothing is mass-produced.
• Because they are hand-finished, small variations in shade, weave, stitching and finish occur between pieces. These are a characteristic of the goods, not a defect.
• Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but colours render differently on different screens.
• Published dimensions and weights are approximate and subject to a small manufacturing tolerance.
• Our products are seating and clothing for personal use. They are not medical or therapeutic devices, and we make no claim that they treat or prevent any condition.

Prices and tax

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
• Delivery anywhere in India is included in the price. Nothing further is added at checkout.
• A GST tax invoice is issued for every order and emailed to you.
• Prices may change at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.
• If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price through human or technical error, we may decline or cancel the order and refund you in full. We will not charge you the higher price without asking.

Orders and payment

• Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when payment succeeds and we send you a confirmation email with an invoice number.
• Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.
• All prices and totals are calculated on our server at the moment of payment. Any amount presented by a browser is disregarded.
• If payment is deducted but you receive no confirmation, email us with the payment reference and we will either complete the order or refund you in full.
• We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where stock is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be serviced, a pricing error occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of a discount code.

Coupons and discounts

• Coupons are valid only for the period and on the conditions stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Only one coupon may be applied per order.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Codes obtained by manipulation, by automated means, or by sharing a personal code may be voided, and the order cancelled and refunded.

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation and return rights — including free cancellation before dispatch, and our replacement or refund commitment for damaged, defective or wrong items — are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

All text, photographs, design and layout on this website belong to Mokway International or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them for commercial purposes without our written consent. “Sanyasi Store” is our trading name.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, manipulate prices, coupons or orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

We stand fully behind what we sell: if a product arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we replace or refund it as described in our Refund Policy.

Beyond that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory right as a consumer to approach the consumer commission where you reside or work, the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that governs it.
