Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product colours may vary slightly from images due to screen and lighting differences.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update or discontinue products.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We use Razorpay as our payment processor; your payment is handled securely by them. We do not store your card details.

Coupons

Discount coupons are subject to their stated validity and conditions, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one coupon may apply per order unless stated otherwise.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, VANA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi NCR.
